Roofing law changed — the tracker

Licensing guides rot in public because legislatures keep moving. Oklahoma invented a new category — registration plus a mandatory exam endorsement — on July 1, 2026, and guides still call it "registration, no exam." This page is the dated list of what changed, what is changing, and what to watch, each entry sourced.
